Return and Exchange policy
To facilitate our clients, we offer exchange for purchased articles from LA ROSAA online and outlet stores only if;
- An article can only be exchanged free of cost within 7 days if it is unused, tags are intact. Rider will bring in your new exchanged order and collect old one from the customer. To process an exchange, contact our customer service center at +92 312 4590531 and e‑mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and must mention your order reference number.
La ROSAA provides the facility of the order cancellation at any time before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
LA ROSAA reserves the right to cancel orders if the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or credit card decline by the issuing by the financial institution.
To protect your privacy is the main matter of concern for LA ROSAA.
When you visit our website, we automatically collected certain information about your device, web browser, IP address, time zone, and some cookies installed on your device.
